To provide southwest Victoria with a premium training facility, using premium equipment, led by the most experienced fitness specialists in our area.

OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE...

The clubhouse was opened in July 2024, as the home of the Crossfit Warrnambool affiliate, boxing studio, and hybrid training facility with the goal to provide a premium and inclusive training facility, accessible to both the seasoned athlete, and beginner.

THE CLUBHOUSE

The clubhouse covers over 500sq of area, featuring a competition sized designated Crossfit room with 20m of Australian engineered rig, boxing studio and weightlifting room with competition platform, as well as a fenced in, 7 x 7 m childrens play area, so the kids are safe and happy whilst you train.

Our coaching team are not just ‘coaches’ – they are specialists, with additional training and experience across many areas from weightlifting, gymnastics, sports-specific training on a local and international level, post-natal rehabilitation and injury prevention/rehabilitation.
